1nspire Digital is a web design, branding and digital marketing business registered in Brazil. This policy explains what personal data we handle on this website and in the lead integrations we run for our clients, and what you can do about it.

This website

1nspire.dk runs no analytics and no advertising pixels. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you send an inquiry through our contact form, it reaches us by email with what you entered: your name, email address, company, website, what you need, your budget, your timing and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to plan your project.

A few pages are password protected for clients. When you sign in to one of them, a single cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for the page to work and holds no tracking.

Lead integrations for our clients

We connect our clients' Facebook and Instagram lead ads to their own systems through our app "Lead Automation". When you fill in a lead form run by one of our clients, the app receives the answers you gave, such as your name, email address, phone number and the replies to the form's questions. It passes them on to that client's own database and sends the client an email so they can get back to you.

The business whose form you filled in decides how your data is used, and its own privacy policy applies to what it does with your details afterwards. We handle the data on its behalf and only to deliver your inquiry to it. We never sell it, use it for our own marketing or share it with anyone beyond the services needed to deliver it: Meta, our automation server, and the client's own tools such as its database and email.

Data passing through our automation server is kept only as long as needed to deliver it and to fix delivery problems, and is then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law such as the GDPR or Brazil's LGPD gives you the right to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Deleting your data

To have your data deleted, email oliver@1nspiredigital.com with the subject "Data deletion", and tell us which form or business it concerns. We delete what we hold within 30 days and ask the business in question to delete its copy too. You can also contact that business directly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
